It is also not recommended that you use it on your hair, since the fibers can cling to the hair. You can still put it on your scalp and leave it there without worrying about it coming off.
If you buy moleskin products that are supposed to be worn on the face, make sure you follow the instructions. These are meant to be worn only once or twice and never used again. Always wash the product before wearing it. Never use it more than twice, and remember to use it every two or three months. After the third use, you should replace the pads with fresh ones.
You should always keep moleskin products at least one year in good condition, since it can lose its effectiveness after time. As such, it is best to purchase your moleskin products from a company who sells it only on a long term basis, or through a site that sells second hand moleskin products.
